In august 2007, PT Parna Raya expanded into the tourism industry by acquiring the shares of Tokyu Corporation, Sojitz Corporation and PT Konsultasi Pembangunan Semesta in PT Sarinitokyu Hotel International (PT.SHI), the owner of Sari Pacific Jakarta Autograph Collection, Jl.MH.Thamrin 6, Jakarta. With this acquisition, PT Parna Raya Now owns 50% shares of the PT Sariarthamas Hotel International (formerly PT Sarinitokyu Hotel International), whilst the other 50% shares are owned by PT Sarinah (persero).

Following the Acquisition, PT Parna Raya will furhter invest in renovating this 35-year-old property and turning it into one of the best quality hotels in indonesia.
